Welcome to Drove Orchards: the home of over 150 varieties of English Apple, including over 100 originating from East Anglia.
Additionally, we grow 5 varieties of plum, 10 pears, as well as strawberries and raspberries, along with red, white and black currants, gooseberries, jostaberries, walnuts, hazelnuts, artichokes and the whole range of seasonally available vegetables and salads. We also have a local fishmonger on site at weekends.
A selection of the most suitable varieties of apple are freshly pressed in small batches from fruit grown on the farm to create a range of apple juices, from dry to sweet. Additionally we produce our own pear and quince juices.
You can visit our shop page to buy apple juice on-line.
Come and visit us at the Farm Shop or find us at a local farmers market or fair. While with us, take the opportunity to look around the clearly signed orchards, or take a longer walk along the beautiful north Norfolk Coast: a set of map leaflets are available from the shop to help you discover the immediate area and beach.
There will be a flower and plant stall, and a unique eating experience!
The orchards also house the site of Seahenge, so controversially removed from nearby Holme beach in 1999, following a reconstruction on the farm by Timeteam.
We are pleased to announce the evolution of “The Yurt” Restaurant at Drove Orchards, the perfect location for us to utilise the wonderful fruits and fresh produce grown on our very doorstep.
Drove Orchards produce will be complimented by other fine, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to enable us to offer a delicious range of dishes on our menu.
The Yurt offers a unique and individual environment to savour and enjoy the experience of taking sustenance in our restaurant.
We hope to see you very soon....You wont be able to miss us!
We will be attending Broadgate Farmers Market this Thursday. 8am till 3pm
